Bridging classroom learning with practical industry experience! Our Splendan College students recently stepped out into the professional world as part of our ongoing Senior Internship Program.
During this edition, our students were hosted at Bernef Solar Company, where they gained firsthand exposure to renewable energy technology, engineering principles, clean energy solutions, and workplace operations. Before stepping out for their placements, students participated in orientation sessions designed to build workplace readiness, team coordination, and professional ethics.
We are immensely proud of how confidently our college students represented Splendan, proving that early real-world exposure builds the leaders of tomorrow.
